At Oh Princess Polly, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or damage
  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry, hair accessories, and earrings for hygiene reasons
  • Intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, or items marked as non-returnable
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used
  • Orders returned without authorization

How to Start a Return

Order Number: Please include your order number and the reason for return.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Oh Princess Polly is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label
  • A description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or refund.

Exchanges

We currently recommend placing a new order for the desired size, color, or style. If you need help choosing the correct size, please contact us before ordering.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
